UFC 250 Main Event: Amanda Nunes (Brazil) vs Felicia Spencer (Canada)

The UFC 250 Main Event features champion Amanda Nunes vs Felicia Spencer. The ever-growing Featherweight Division provides the champion with her latest fierce opponent. Nunes could become the second double-champ to defend both belts with a win.

Nunes (19-4)

The UFC star is currently breaking many records in Women’s UFC history. Nunes holds two belts, is on a 10-fight winning streak, and has the most title defences of any female fighter. Many consider her to be the greatest female MMA fighter the organisation has seen. In her climb to the top, she has beat Ronda Rousey, Cris Cyborg, Holly Holm, Miesha Tate, and Valentina Shevchenko twice. 13 of her 19 wins have come by knockout. The Brazilian is the firm favourite, priced at 2/13* with Mark Jarvis.

Spencer (8-1)

It has been a fast rise for “Feenom” since her UFC debut last year. The 29-year-old secured an opening round rear-naked choke on fellow Featherweight contender Megan Anderson. Spencer did however suffer her first professional defeat two months later against Cristiane Justino by unanimous decision. The submission star bounced back however, with a win at the start of the year over Zarah Fairn dos Santos. The Canadian knows what success tastes like, as she won the Invicta FC belt back in 2018. The underdog is worth considering at 9/2* with Mark Jarvis.

UFC Fight Night Co-Main Event: Raphael Assuncao (Brazil) vs Cody Garbrandt (USA)

The UFC 250 Co-Main Event sees two bantamweight contenders looking to take a step closer to the vacant title. Raphael Assuncao takes on Cody Garbrandt in an important bout for both fighters. Assuncao is 5th in the Bantamweight Division, whilst Garbrandt sits 9th in the rankings.

Assuncao (27-7)

The veteran will make his 35th professional MMA appearance this weekend. In his lengthy career, Assuncao has won against the likes of T.J. Dillashaw and Aljamain Sterling since making his UFC debut in 2011. After a four-fight win streak, the 37-year-old has back-to-back defeats. His most recently loss came by unanimous decision against Cory Sandhagen, who will also fight on the UFC 250 card. He has seen 13 of his professional wins go the distance unlike Garbrandt. The Brazilian is a slight underdog in this one at 6/5* with Mark Jarvis.

Garbrandt (11-3)

“No Love” will hope to get his career back on track in his latest bout. After an unbeaten start to his MMA professional career stretching to 11 wins, Garbrandt is on a three-fight losing run. His incredible clash with Dominick Cruz saw him earn the Bantamweight title in 2016. However, Garbrandt has since lost twice to T.J. Dillashaw and suffered an opening round stoppage last March by Pedro Munhoz. He has plenty of competition in the division if he wants a shot at the title again, so a win here is crucial. The American is slight favourite to win at 4/6* with Mark Jarvis.
